The idea behind ​​these courses was born from a simple observation: most sound designers and musicians have been trained “on the job” through experience. There are very few courses specifically designed for these areas and we still lack benchmarks.

As the first audio training center in France to bridge the gap between education and the professional world Audio Workshop is an innovator, breaking with the codes of traditional training and reaching out to the world of work. More than fifteen active industry pros will take you through the exciting universe of sound, with additional master classes featuring international speakers and trips to partner companies throughout Europe!

Our goal: to turn our sound apprentices into competent professionals, able to work at the highest level right out of training.

After 10 years of experience, we strongly believe that the best way to learn the profession of sound designer is hands-on. Our pedagogical philosophy is based on the key values ​​that we want to instill: passion, self-reliance and responsibility.

To work in sound you need skills, a network and references, and Audio Workshop offers you all three, through training based on a broad experience of the industry and fully compatible with the evolving demands of the job market.

Audio Workshop is not just a training center. We are also a post production studio and our trainers work every day on major projects, for recognized clients. This double role allows us to offer a constantly updated program and to ensure that the courses are firmly grounded in the reality of the market. But that’s not all…

We put Audio Workshop contacts at the heart of our programs. We organize workshops, trips and company visits, allowing apprentices to experience working in the field and build their first professional network, a key factor in their future success, giving them a major advantage in a competitive market: employment.

The studios we work with on a regular basis have all expressed a great deal of interest in our courses. Our mission: finding the future talents that will go on to join these companies. Finally, we also collaborate with several school specializing in animation, VFX, video games and music. These partnerships allow apprentices to create sound for original and ambitious projects and give them references for their CVs. By developing contacts with the students of these organizations we are building connections with the next generation of employers.
